1. Refund Eligibility
BlueArc Tech Solutions offers refunds under the following circumstances:
- If we fail to deliver the agreed services within the specified timeline (subject to terms)
- If there is a technical error in payment processing
- If you cancel your order before work has commenced
- If there is a duplicate payment
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services already delivered and accepted by the client
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
- Custom development work that has been completed
- Third-party fees or charges
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- We will review your request within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. For payments made through Razorpay, refunds will be processed through the same gateway.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and bank. Typically, refunds appear in your account within 10-15 business days after approval.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before work commences. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@bluearctech.in. Cancellation fees may apply based on the work already completed.
