Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order or service request under the following conditions:

• Before Work Commences: Full refund available (minus payment gateway charges)
• After Work Commences: Partial refund based on work completed
• After Project Completion: No cancellation or refund available

2. Cancellation Process

To cancel your order:

1. Send a written cancellation request to info@bluearctech.in
2. Include your order number and reason for cancellation
3. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days
4. If approved, refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy

3. Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees may apply:

• No fee if cancelled before work commences
• 25% of project cost if cancelled after 25% work completion
• 50% of project cost if cancelled after 50% work completion
• No refund if cancelled after 75% work completion

4. Cancellation by BlueArc Tech Solutions

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of payment failure, violation of terms, or inability to deliver services. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. Digital Products

Digital products (templates, themes, plugins) cannot be cancelled or refunded once downloaded or accessed, unless there is a technical defect.
